File Retrieval Requests
We do NOT release design or print ready files. They are created by us and therefore we maintain the creative rights of those files unless otherwise agreed upon. We also do not offer file or data management as a service, however we understand some clients may need to retrieve files they have sent us, at some time.
In order to delegate staff to prepare your files, we must charge to cover the time allotted for your request.
After form submission, you will be provided an invoice to retrieve your files. Once the invoice is paid in full, files will be retrieved and sent to you.
The following fees apply:
Up to 3 finished files: $150
+ $50 per additional finished file
Up to 3 completed design files: $450
+ $150 per additional completed design file
Please allow 7 business days after payment to complete your request.
List the files you are requesting below (be as specific as possible. If you are requesting more than 5 files, submit this form multiple times.
Make sure to select whether you are requesting a finished files i.e. PDF, JPEG versions AND/OR complete design files i.e. editable source files.
